What we help with

Relational Healing for trust, boundaries, and connection

If relationships have left you guarded, drained, or unsure how to be close without losing yourself, we’ll work with that carefully. We pay attention to safety, agency, and the patterns that show up between people.

What people bring us

People often come in because relationships keep bringing up the same hurt, distance, or tension. They may have trouble trusting, setting boundaries, asking for what they need, or staying present when conflict starts. Sometimes the problem is not one relationship, but a larger pattern of feeling alone, over-responsible, or unseen. The work can also touch grief, longing, and the wish for something different in how they connect.

  • I keep repeating the same pattern with people.
  • I don’t know how to trust my own feelings with others.
  • I shut down when relationships get hard.
  • I want connection, but I also pull away.

We ground the work in body awareness, relational safety, and community.

How we work with it

We work with relational healing by noticing what happens in the room, because that often reflects what happens elsewhere. We pay attention to body cues, choices, and the ways you protect yourself or reach for connection. Depending on what you need, the work may happen in individual therapy or in a group setting where relational patterns can be noticed more directly. Community is part of the picture here, because healing is not only something that happens alone.

Individual Therapy
In one-on-one sessions, we look at the patterns that show up in your close relationships and in the way you relate to yourself. We stay curious about what feels protective, what feels painful, and what you want to do differently.
Drop-In Sessions
If a relationship issue is pressing and you want support quickly, a drop-in session can give you a place to sort through it. It’s a direct way to get help around something that feels current.
Workshops and Groups
Group work can make relational patterns more visible in real time. We use that setting to notice connection, distance, and the impact of speaking up with other people present.

What the first sessions look like

The first sessions focus on what’s happening in your relationships now and what feels hardest to change. We’ll look at patterns, triggers, and what you want more of, without asking you to have a polished story about it.

Questions people ask

Do you work on relationship problems even if I’m not in couples therapy?

Yes. Relational healing can happen in individual therapy, and we also offer groups and workshops that focus on connection and patterns with others.

What if I’m not good at talking about feelings with other people?

That’s common, and it’s something we can work with. We pay attention to what happens as you talk, not just the words themselves.

Can this help with boundaries?

It can, because boundaries are often part of the pattern when relationships feel hard. We look at how you protect yourself, what you need, and what feels possible to say.

Is this about fixing my relationships?

We don’t frame it that way. We focus on understanding the patterns and finding more choice in how you connect.
