What we help with

Intuitive Eating support that respects your body

If food has become a source of pressure, guilt, or constant second-guessing, we can look at that together. We approach intuitive eating with curiosity and respect for your choices, your body, and the patterns you’ve learned.

What people bring us

People often come in feeling stuck between rules about eating and the part of them that wants more ease. Food can start to carry anxiety, shame, or a lot of mental energy throughout the day. Some people are tired of thinking about eating all the time, and others feel at odds with their body in ways that affect everyday life. The work often includes unlearning old messages and noticing what hunger, fullness, and satisfaction feel like in real time.

  • I think about food all day.
  • I feel guilty no matter what I eat.
  • I don’t trust my body’s signals.
  • I’m tired of being in a constant battle with food.

We offer approaches that honor your pace, your body, and your choices.

How we work with it

We work with intuitive eating through body awareness, present-moment noticing, and a nonjudgmental look at the rules that have shaped your relationship with food. In individual therapy or a group setting, we slow down enough to notice patterns instead of just arguing with them. We keep the emphasis on choice, because food struggles often get louder when people feel controlled. The work can also connect to nervous system regulation when stress and eating are tangled together.

Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions can focus on your food patterns, body feelings, and the pressure you carry around eating. We keep the work centered on what you’re actually experiencing, not on a script.
Workshops and Groups
Groups can be a useful place to learn about intuitive eating with others who are also sorting through food rules and body messages. The structure keeps the conversation grounded and practical.

What the first sessions look like

Early sessions focus on what your relationship with food is like now and what messages you’ve been carrying about eating and your body. We’ll talk about what feels complicated, and starting doesn’t depend on having a perfect eating plan.

Questions people ask

Do you give meal plans for intuitive eating?

No, we don’t approach it that way here. We focus on body awareness, choice, and the patterns that shape how you relate to food.

What if I’m coming in with a lot of food guilt?

That’s common in this kind of work. We talk about the guilt directly and look at what keeps it going.

Can this help if I’m always thinking about my body and what I eat?

Yes, that’s often part of why people come in. We look at how food thoughts, body pressure, and stress interact in daily life.

Can intuitive eating be part of a group workshop?

Yes. We offer workshops and groups on topics like intuitive eating, and those can be open to members and the community.
