What we help with

Hormone Health workshops and support with room for the whole picture

When hormone changes are affecting how you feel in your body and in your day, we can talk about the stress, the symptoms, and the sense of not quite recognizing yourself. We bring a body-aware, relational approach to the conversation.

What people bring us

People often come in noticing that their body feels different and their usual ways of coping don’t quite work the same. Hormone shifts can bring mood changes, sleep trouble, body discomfort, or a sense of being off balance. Some people want help making sense of what they’re feeling without brushing it off. Others want support for the emotional and relational strain that can come with body changes.

  • I don’t feel like myself lately.
  • My body feels harder to understand than it used to.
  • I’m more reactive and I don’t know why.
  • I’m carrying a lot of stress around these changes.

Healing doesn't happen in a single hour a week.

How we work with it

We work with hormone health through conversation, body awareness, and the steady attention we bring to how stress and physical changes affect your life. That may happen in individual therapy, a workshop, or a group, depending on what kind of support you want. We keep the work practical and grounded in lived experience rather than turning it into a lecture. If the topic touches relationships, identity, or self-trust, we can stay with that too.

Individual Therapy
One-on-one work gives space to talk through what your body is doing and what it brings up emotionally. We stay close to your experience and what feels useful to notice.
Workshops and Groups
We offer workshops on hormone health, which can help people learn and talk through what they’re experiencing alongside others. The group setting keeps the topic concrete and human.

What the first sessions look like

The first sessions focus on what you’re noticing, what seems to have changed, and what you want help paying attention to. We won’t ask you to arrive with the right language for it.

Questions people ask

Is hormone health something you talk about in therapy?

Yes, when it’s relevant to what you’re dealing with. We can talk about how body changes are affecting your mood, stress, and relationships.

Can I come in just because I feel off and don’t know why?

Yes. It’s okay to start before the whole picture is clear.

Do you only offer this in one-on-one therapy?

No. We also offer workshops and groups on hormone health.

What if the changes are affecting my relationships too?

That matters here. We pay attention to how body changes show up in your sense of self and in your connections with others.
